Toshiba does not offer technical support via e-mail. If you require technical support, please call 800-457-7777. To receive expedited service, have your warranty registration number available when calling 800-457-7777 for support. This allows Toshiba to direct your support call to the right specialist for your product, resulting in getting you to your resolution faster.
