Authorized Service Provider
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider.
Toshiba strives to provide top-quality service to our customers. Therefore, we
look for Service Providers with the highest of qualifications, whose
capabilities include in-house repair and are willing to invest in Toshiba training
programs. All Toshiba Service Providers must maintain Toshiba service
requirements.

Preferred Service Provider
Requirements and Qualifications |
- Ability to perform warranty and out-of-warranty service
- All technicians working on Toshiba product must be A+ Certified and have Toshiba University training
- Perform an average of at least 20 warranty hardware service events per month
- Maintain a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 4.4 out of 5.0
- Have a documented technical and corresponding management escalation path
- Have internet access for e-mail, parts ordering and claim processing
- Participate in our customer satisfaction program by providing the required customer information
- Repair time not to exceed 48 hours after receipt of service parts
- Maintain documentation showing the mean-time to repair Toshiba products and how quality is measured
- Maintain a minimum of $25,000 credit line with Toshiba Service
- Have a documented training policy
- Initial fee per approved location
- Renewal fee per approved location
- On-Site Compliance Audits
- Must be Year 2000 (Y2K) Compliant
